I will be a Freshman at MIT in the fall; I am 18 years old, and yeah, I'm very intelligent. This picture of me was taken recently in my family's den. I just moved to Texas to visit my father for the summer, until I go off to school in August. I enjoy soccer, even though I only played for one year, chilling with friends, shopping, swimming, partying- yes MIT people do party, learning, and furthering myself as an individual. I plan to major in biomedical engineering. If you're wondering what that is, biomedical engineering is simply the process of engineering tools used by physicians and medical technicians; i.e. prosthetic limbs, pace makers, and heart monitors. The field has a wide range of concentrations and I am not yet sure which type will most interest me. During high school I maintained a 4.25 gpa, 5 AP classes during my senior year, and many extracurricular activities. I graduated 3rd from a class of 400 +. Stephenson High represent!!!!!
